Disclaimer and Contest Rules

Contest ENTRY DATES: 

The Contest is run continuously starting the second quarter of 2023. ZERO TABOOS LLC Customers can enter the Contest at any time following the rules detailed below. The Contest Winner is selected every quarter and receives a prize detailed below. The Contest Rules could be changed by ZERO TABOOS LLC at any time, without providing additional notice to the participants.

Quarters are defined as follows: 

First quarter: January – March

Second quarter: April – June

Third quarter: July – September

Fourth quarter: October – December.

The results will be emailed to all Participants at the end of each quarter.

WHO MAY ENTER: The Contest is open to any ZERO TABOOS LLC Customer who is older than 18 years old and who submits a review on zerotaboos.com store for a product s/he purchased directly from zerotaboos.com online store during the valid Contest entry dates with a valid method of payment. 

Google Reviews do not participate in the Contest. If a Customer leaves a Google Review, s/he can leave another review at zerotaboos.com on a product page or by clicking the link in a review reminder email from [email protected].

To ensure fairness and prevent spamming, only one review per product per quarter is considered a valid entry. Submitting multiple reviews for the same product from the same Customer account during the same quarter is not counted as additional entries. Regarding multiple purchases during the quarter, ZERO TABOOS LLC will only consider the first review submitted for the Contest. 

Contest OBJECTIVE: The objective of the Contest is to entertain ZERO TABOOS LLC Customers and reward their loyalty.

Contest ENTRY: To enter a Participant needs to be a ZERO TABOOS LLC Customer and leave a creative review on a product s/he purchased within the last quarter. 

Participants are encouraged to include photos, videos, and personal stories in reviews. By submitting a review, Participants agree that the content they provide is original and accurate to their personal experience with the product. Participants agree that their content does not contain any offensive materials, language, nudity, or any other inappropriate content. ZERO TABOOS LLC reserves the right to remove any content that it deems to be inappropriate or in violation of these guidelines. 

WINNER CHOICE: Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. The Winner is chosen by a Random Number Generator.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Winner will be determined after the end of each quarter and will be notified via email. The Winner will be required to provide additional information, which will be used to fulfill the prize. This information may include full name, email, phone number, mailing address, photo, and/or video. The Winner agrees that the content s/he provides is original and accurate to his/her personal experience with the product. The Winner also agrees that his/her content does not contain any offensive materials, language, nudity, or any other inappropriate content. ZERO TABOOS LLC reserves the right to remove any content that it deems to be inappropriate or in violation of these guidelines. 

At the discretion of ZERO TABOOS LLC, Winner may be disqualified if is not eligible based on the eligibility requirements set forth above. In the event it is determined that the Winner has not complied with these Official Rules or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the Winner will be disqualified, and we will choose a new winner from the submissions.

PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Winner is solely responsible for all expenses, costs, or fees associated with transportation and acceptance and/or use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including without limitation, and taxes (if any). The Winner is not a recipient of a prize until s/he has been verified as the Winner by ZERO TABOOS LLC. Upon fulfilling the prize, ZERO TABOOS LLC will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the Winner, and such Winner assumes full responsibility for the prize. All prize details are at ZERO TABOOS LLC’s sole discretion.

Participants acknowledge that transportation and transaction, if applicable, are not included in the prize and that any events are beyond the control of ZERO TABOOS LLC and are subject to being rescheduled, modified, or canceled.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winning constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Winner’s name, images, hometown, likeness, prize won, and photograph (all at ZERO TABOOS LLC discretion) for future advertising, publicity in any media now or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Contest Parties and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, altered, garbled, incorrect, incomplete, or delayed Entries; all of which will be void. Released Parties are also not responsible for problems related to technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, failure of any Entry to be received by ZERO TABOOS LLC on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the Internet or the website, or for any other technical problems including telecommunication, miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected communications which may limit a Participant’s ability to participate in this Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether network, printing, typographical, human, or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions that may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the announcement of the prize or in any Contest-related materials. Mass entries generated by a script, macro, or use of automated devices will be disqualified. ZERO TABOOS LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest in the event it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired, and to cancel or suspend the Contest in its entirety should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest and, if terminated, at ZERO TABOOS LLC discretion, determine the Winner using all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation using the judging procedure outlined above (Random Number Generator). In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the Participant and must comply with these Official Rules. ZERO TABOOS LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (and void his/her Entries) it finds to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of this Contest or website, intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Participant, ZERO TABOOS LLC, or any of its representatives or to otherwise be acting in violation of these Official Rules. 

CAUTION: Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, ZERO TABOOS LLC reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by the law and to disqualify such Participant from the Contest.

ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS: Participant acknowledges and agrees that ZERO TABOOS LLC does not have now, nor shall any of them have in the future, any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, for the infringement or protection of any copyright in and to Participant’s Review.

MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS: Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. ZERO TABOOS LLC reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

RELEASES: By entering this Contest, Participants agree to the use of their personal information by ZERO TABOOS LLC for both online and offline direct marketing purposes.
